    • Write a list of all amenities you could add in the following categories: (set a timer for 10 min)
      • Small to large appliances.

      • Assign each amenity idea a value rank of 9, 6, or 3 (high, medium, low value) based on how your customers would value them.
      • Next to the value rank put a dash and then rank its approximate cost 3, 2, or 1 (high, medium, low cost)
      • Calculate the value/cost index by diving the value number by the cost number.
      • Sort list by value/cost index going highest to lowest
